Corridor K in North Carolina |
The Appalachian Regional Commission Corridor K stretches from Chattanooga, TN to Asheville, NC. Two sections are currently being examined for improvements, one in the Ocoee Gorge area of the southeastern most corner of Tennessee, and the other in the Robbinsville area of the far southwestern corner of North Carolina. The map below details the area under consideration in North Carolina for 4 laning in the draft supplemental Environmental Impact Statement.
